Cynthia is the Vice-President of Administration of Water for Small Villages, Inc. She spent more 10 years in human resources management and seven as a management consultant working with clients across the country. Cynthia chose to change careers, returned to school, and obtained a BS in Geology with a concentration in Hydrogeology from Eastern Michigan University. In her first position as a hydrogeologist in 1997, she was an intern with the US Geological Survey and her mentor was Steve Krupa. Cynthia is a licensed, professional geologist and recently retired from her position as the Section Leader of Water Supply Planning at the South Florida Water Management District. Cynthia was a mentor in the Take Stock in Children program, is a volunteer at Petroglyph National Monument and is looking forward to participating in a project trip with Water for Small Villages, Inc.
